Akshitha Edutech Pvt. Ltd. operates as a hybrid education, employability, and industry-engagement platform. We facilitate verified connections between students, academic institutions, employers, and social-impact initiatives.
2. No Employment Guarantee Disclaimer
Participation in skill modules, student registration, or submission of internship applications does not constitute an offer, contract, or guarantee of employment or internship placement. Internship selections remain at the sole discretion of the respective host organisations.
3. Zero-Fee Commitment for Learners
Akshitha Edutech does not charge students any fee for applying to internships, registering on the platform, or accessing published opportunities. Any request for payment from an entity claiming to represent Akshitha Edutech is fraudulent and should be reported immediately.
4. Acceptable Use & Accuracy of Information
Users agree to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date educational and professional credentials. Submitting fraudulent résumés, forged academic degrees, or disguised malicious files will result in immediate termination of platform access.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
